I didn’t start my career in UI/UX...I started by designing experiences.

I started as a retail leader, working face-to-face with customers while running the business behind it.

I became fascinated by what happened when you intentionally shaped a customer’s experience. I paid attention to how people moved through the store, what caught their attention, where they got stuck, and what made them want to come back. I learned that small changes to the experience could influence behavior and, ultimately, drive sales!

That’s when I realized I was less interested in simply selling a product and more interested in designing the experience around it. That curiosity led me to UX!

Today, I bring that same perspective to my work as a Product Designer, combining research, problem-solving, and design to create digital experiences that work for both the people using them and the organizations behind them.

My background in leadership also taught me that good work isn’t just about the product. It’s about how you work with the people around it. I learned to listen, build trust, navigate different perspectives, and bring people together around a shared goal.

Over time, these experiences shaped four principles that guide how I work today.

When I’m not designing, I’m a proud dog mom of two and an amateur photographer. Let’s connect to talk design, dogs, or photography!
